(Using Burger- One pound)

Ingredients:

v      Hamburger – One pound

v      Potatoes – 2 medium – peeled and cubed ½” size

v      Half Onion – finely chopped (optional)

v      Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper – to taste

v      Celery – chopped ½ cup

v      Carrots – chopped ½ cup

v      1 medium can Tomatoes – stewed, diced, whole, or fresh (diced)

v      1 can tomato sauce- medium

v      1/2 cup frozen corn- (or 1 can corn)

v      Parsley – pinch

 

 

 

 

--Brown hamburger in a large deep pan. Add cubed potatoes when burger is browned. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper – to taste. Add celery, carrots, tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn.

--Simmer for about an hour or until potatoes are tender.

--Season with additional parsley while simmering.

 

Can easily be doubled or tripled for large crowds.
